CHRISTOPHER WARD, The Management Preacher
Christopher Ward is The Management Preacher who speaks regularly on leadership and management topics and issues throughout Wales.
His particular interest and crusade is to help individuals find meaning in their work and employers to make work more meaningful.
He believes that this is fundamental to new thinking about leadership and management development, which goes beyond functional competence into a deeper understanding of our personal drivers and contribution to society.
He speaks with passion and enthusiasm on a wide range of leadership and management topics, and has given presentations to government departments, Further Education colleges, universities, Investors in People advisors and assessors, housing associations, local authorities, think tanks, Sector Skills Councils, utilities companies, membership bodies, trade associations, the Church in Wales, and Welsh Assembly Government departments.
He has been described as “an outstanding and passionate speaker, who fully engages the minds and the hearts of his audience.”
Some food for thought.

“Christopher Ward is an incisive thinker who captures the current mood about our changing relationship with work. His style is easy and straightforward but what he has to say is profound and challenging. He changes the vocabulary of our self talk about what we do – away from formal and dull and towards bright and exciting. Christopher needs to be heard by anyone who is interested in exploring what our jobs can and should mean to us”
Ian Rees, Chairman, Wales Management Council
“Christopher Ward is highly articulate with a well researched, thoughtful and informed approach and a stimulating presentation style which invariably captures the attention of his audience.”
